Shiyijia zhu Text
公 家 之 費 破 車 罷 馬 甲 胄 謪 弩 戟 楯 蔽 櫓 丘 牛 大

Translation
Of the nation's resources--broken chariots, worn-out horses, armor, helmets, arrows, crossbows, halberds, shields, spears, pavises, heavy ox-drawn wagons--six-tenths is gone.
Annotations
Are six-tenths gone, or seven? The Shisanjia zhu text has the first, and the Yinqueshan bamboo strip for this phrase is broken off. We chose "seven" because the bamboo for the previous passage has "six," which is suported by a smattering of early editions. Clearly there are witnesses for both readings.
