The videos from our in-class YouTube project are below. We will track views over the next week and see if any of your videos cross the ‘famous to 15 people’ hypothesis of Jenkins. We will also use the exercise to examine Keen’s comparison of YouTube to Huxley’s infinite monkey’s theorem.

Facebook Causes: What levels of participation have we had in contributing to the organizations represented on Facebook Causes?

If you are a supporter of any Causes on Facebook, list the organizations here and list what you have done (both online and offline) through the Causes’ Facebook pages.

We will discuss what “actions” are used on Causes, which have an impact, and which are most valued as status markers.
