Ligthbox2 Module

This module has been disabled because pop-ups are preferred so that multiple pages are visible.

Category Module

This was very problematic in the move from v4.7 to v5. Without it we cannot edit the old pages (containers/categories). But with it, books no longer functioned when categories was removed. After several iterations, I have found that the module can be installed with issues, but you should then turn-off the book and taxonomy wrappers in the settings. Doing that allows the books and taxonomies to return to normal behavior with no ill-effects. Failing to do is likely to cause books to be un-editable when/if you remove this module.
